This Bealtaine, singers from Chamber Choir Ireland will join the IFI’s Over 55s film club, Wild Strawberries, to add some music to their screening of the 2019 film Military Wives—a joyous celebration of singing and community, starring Sharon Horgan and Kristin Scott Thomas.
Over the course of three workshops in May, participants will learn to sing together with favourites such as ‘Only You’ and ‘You’ve Got A Friend’ in preparation for a performance at the film’s screening on Friday 27th May, 2022.
These workshops will take place on Thursday 5th, Thursday 19th, & Tuesday 24th May, 2022.
